God has built the brain with both all over the place hemispheres. Left-hemisphere brain functions include reasoning, reading, written language, number skills and spoken language. Right-hemisphere brain functions include imagination, intuition, art awareness, three-dimensional forms and music awareness. Every one of us has two sides to the brain; you have reasoning and imagination, number skills and artistic skills.  We usually have a stronger tendency towards either side or the other, but everyone has either side.  So, how should that effect the way we teach and the way you learn?

Researchers are pursuing two primary theories linked to the dopamine hypothesis. The first suggests overeating varieties of eating disorders involve dopamine serving as the 'reward' and "feel good" chemical released inside the brain when overeating. However, using the restricting kinds of eating disorders like anorexia, the experience of increased dopamine concentrations when eating is unpleasant. Hence, the feelings associated with eating are negative for someone with anorexia and rewarding for somebody with compulsive overeating or bulimia.

1.    Talk: Your baby should hear your voice so that you can learn how to speak. A baby's mental faculties are as being a sponge, the greater it absorbs greater it will be. Slow it down, exaggerate the syllables, and remove vowels. Questions and also the tone related to options are very valuable. And sometimes your infant needs greater than nursery rhymes; while Shakespeare may not make sense to your infant, i am not saying that it's going to be lost on him. Even reading aloud magazines or book you are reading is an important way to produce a relationship with language. 

I can tell you that since I have healed, the entire world can be a new and remarkable place. I'm surprised about how simple life's without faulty brain chemistry determining my reactions and perceptions. Things are so easy now. I can work, play, laugh, sleep, and have a tendency to the day-to-day without having to fight through every moment to keep present and calm. And mercifully, I are in possession of to be able to choose thoughts that nurture and support me. I can finally change my thoughts.

 What is truly amazing though, would be that the single most good that one can do for their brain is something so simple, and yet something that many people completely disregard.  That another thing is to get a great night's sleep, every night. You can do everything right ' consume a nutritious diet, do work out regularly, take part in brain fitness exercises but, if you do not get enough sleep, good, restful sleep, all of that might be for naught.
